How it can help

Mind Clearing uses process to helps bring awareness to thoughts and feelings that may be suppressed or unresolved, creating space for greater clarity, connection, and ease.

About me

I discovered Mind Clearing through Alice Whieldon, from whom I received many sessions and who is now my mentor. I trained as a Clearer from 2014 to 2017, and this work became a significant turning point both personally and professionally.

In 2025, I joined the Clearers’ Association, with the support of Lawrence Noyes, who dedicated his life to the work of Charles Berner and Clearing.

Mind Clearing supported me throughout my Doctorate of Art, completed in 2026, in which I explored the relationship between a somatic dancer and a filmmaker. My research brought together Berner’s theories of communication with somatic movement practices, focusing on the dyadic relationship between filmmaker and mover.

Having completed this chapter, I am now returning to Clearing in order to support individuals in their own processes of self-inquiry and development.
