Mind Clearing is a one-to-one talking practice that supports clarity, communication, and self-understanding.
Sessions offer a supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, creativity, and life transitions.
My approach is centred on Mind Clearing and may also include movement and somatic awareness practices depending on each person’s needs. Sessions are available both online and in person in East-London.
You are welcome to begin with a free initial conversation.
About me

My journey as a therapist began with touch, when I trained as a Shiatsu massage therapist in 2008. I was attracted to Shiatsu because it offered a different way of meeting another person — through presence, attentiveness, and non-verbal communication. This training taught me about professional touch, how to work skilfully with the body, but also about boundaries and different ways of communicating beyond words. Shiatsu opened up a deeper understanding of connection, listening, and relational awareness that continues to inform my work today.
Through attending Mind Clearing sessions, I gradually gained the confidence to fully commit to my path as an artist, dancer, and filmmaker. The processes supported me in developing greater self-knowledge and trusting my creative intuition, which eventually led me to undertake doctoral research exploring somatic and relational approaches to filmmaking, culminating in becoming a Doctor of Art in 2026.
Today, my therapeutic work is informed by both Mind Clearing and many years of experience in somatic movement practices. I offer a supportive and attentive space in which people can reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward more freely in their lives. Although my approach is centred on Mind Clearing, sessions may also include movement and touch-based practices, depending on the needs of each person and their process.
